I’m Celeste—clarity coach, organizational strategist, ministry leader, and instigator of change. I help individuals and organizations get out of their own way, uncover what’s missing or misaligned, and make intentional moves toward their dreams and mission.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—those stuck in the chaos of their thoughts, teams navigating leadership shifts and growing pains, ministries longing for renewal, and leaders seeking more than surface-level solutions.
What they all needed was the same thing: clarity.

This isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’ve always had a natural drive to help people bring order to what feels overwhelming, whether that’s in their personal life, their leadership, or their relationship with God.
EDUCATED, EXPERIENCED, AND ENGAGED.
I hold a master’s degree in psychology and a certification in diversity management. I have a background in communication and strategy development in government and the nonprofit sector. I’ve consulted with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, churches, universities, and corporations. I’m also the author of The Power of Mustard Plant Faith: Growing Beyond the Seed and founder of The Powersurge Worship Encounter, a conference designed to help women embrace a lifestyle of worship.
Giving back is also important to me. I’m secretary of the board for Becoming Still Ministries, and I serve as global co-chair of the First Generation Network for my alma mater, the University of Rochester.
When I’m not working, I’m hanging with my family. I’m a wife, mother, and dog mom, and I love the fellowship of my sister-friends.
